Another school assignment, this one was for my Design class. It was a relatively small assignment, we had to create a series of 4 stamps, of anything we wanted really, except that it had to have a reason to appeal to the US. I chose the Wizard of Oz because it's one of the most famous American stories. Going along with that, it was originally a children's book, so for the style of the stamps I aimed for a "children's illustration" style. Had a lot of fun with this actually! To budget my time I just utilized my sketch lines instead of creating cleaner ones. I kind of like it. Possibly will edit this seeing how critique day goes today. I took off the USA 42 just to get rid of any confusion that these are actual stamps. Also, I didn't like the text I chose for it.  Anyways, hope you enjoy! Characters are (C) L.
